The course is designed for managers and supervisors who possess several years of practical experience and who wish to have this recognised by the award of a formal qualification. These people will have open, inquiring minds and will want to learn about modern developments in management both for their own satisfaction and also for the benefit of their employing organisations. Distance Learning allows practising managers and supervisors to develop their careers without having to leave their employment, as well as offering an adaptable approach to management development.
