Accreditation
All of our courses are internationally recognised. In the UK there are many government departments whose sole purpose is to validate and revalidate university's undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes for content and quality. If any programme is found lacking in any way then it is removed from the curriculum.
The distance Learning MBA is one of only very few programmes that is accredited fully by the Association of MBA's (AMBA) putting it in the top 15% of European Business Schools. As an MBA student you are entitled to join the association and enjoy the benefits offered by them.

Organized in 1916, AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) is the premier accrediting agency for bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programs in business administration and accounting. AMBA & AACBS acknowledge each other giving recognition in North America as well as Europe.
The CLMS MSc programmes are accredited by:
The DETC Accrediting Commission in the USA was established in 1955. The Commission's mission is to promote, by means of standard-setting, evaluation, and consultation processes, the development and maintenance of high educational and ethical standards in education and training programs delivered through distance learning. The DETC Accrediting Commission identifies and accredits distance education and training institutions that have attained and maintained the standards deemed necessary to operate at a high level of quality.
In many countries in this region where so many of the people wishing to study are expatriates they can be assured that studying for a Distance Learning degree means they are awarded a qualification from a top quality university that is of equal standing with the full-time programme in the UK. However the courses offered are not necessarily accredited by regional Education Ministries. For nationals of the region, some of the Education Ministries will approve the programme of study providing they are informed of your intention to study prior to starting the programme please check with them directly. Then again the whole purpose of gaining a qualification, is to learn, gain knowledge, increase awareness in your profession and to have the satisfaction of graduating with a feeling of personal success. University of Leicester Distance Learning Programmes are currently not accredited by Ministries of Higher Education in the Middle East.
